everywhere i go everyone says spanish is the easiest.they say pronunciation is easy but some of them still have a very strong English accent. . i think that with all the different dialects in all the country it could actually be hard.

Just because a language is the easiest to learn doesn't make it simply easy to learn. That may sound confusing but every language has some difficulty to learning it, Spanish being easy, compared to maybe German or Chinese or W/E. Also, most people don't want to go out of their way to learn a new language, so not everyone will speak it.

    Mostly because I don't agree with the idea that we should learn Spanish so the Mexicans don't have to learn English. They should learn English. End of story.

    Not everyone says it. Only native speakers (obviously for us it is easy) and morons who think they have learned some of it.

    Just check the Spanish version of Y!A and you'll see not even natives have full command of writen language… just like in English, natives don't really know how to write.

    It is easy only if you know it. As with everything.
